Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every rental booking made with Tiny Travellers ("Tiny Travellers," "we," "us," or "our") for baby and toddler equipment ("Equipment") delivered in and around Orlando, Florida. By submitting a booking through our website, calling, or emailing us to reserve Equipment, you ("you," "Renter," or "Customer") agree to these Terms. Please read them before booking.
1. Who can rent from us
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to make a booking. The information you provide when booking (name, contact details, delivery address, and payment details) must be accurate and complete — we rely on it to deliver and collect your Equipment on time.
2. Bookings & the rental period
A booking is confirmed once your payment is processed. Your rental period runs from the arrival date to the departure date you select at checkout. There is a 3-day minimum rental charge — if you choose a shorter stay, you're still billed for 3 days, but you only keep the Equipment for the actual dates you selected.
We check real-time availability at checkout, and your items are held for you for a short window while you complete payment. If your items become unavailable for your dates due to something outside our control (for example, damage to that unit from a previous rental), we'll contact you to offer a comparable substitute of equal or greater value, or a full refund for that item.
3. Pricing, tax & optional protection
The price shown at checkout is the daily rate for each item multiplied by your rental length (subject to the 3-day minimum above). You may add optional Theft & Damage Protection for 7% of your rental subtotal — see Section 7 for what it covers. Sales tax (currently 7%) applies to the rental total and, if added, the protection fee. Valid discount codes are applied as a percentage off before tax. Full payment is required at the time of booking through our secure payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your card details.
4. Delivery & collection
We deliver to, and collect from, the address and 2-hour time windows you choose at checkout. These windows are a scheduling preference, not a guaranteed-to-the-minute appointment — weather, traffic, and the day's other deliveries can occasionally shift things, and we'll call or text if that happens. An adult (18 or older) must be available to receive the Equipment, confirm it's in good condition, and be present or reachable for collection at the end of the rental period.
If you're moving between properties during your stay, let us know the pickup location when booking (or call us) so we can collect from the right address. Deliveries or collections outside our normal Orlando-area service area may carry an additional fee, which we'll always confirm with you before charging it.
5. Using the Equipment
Please inspect your Equipment when it's delivered and let us know right away — before you use it, where possible — if anything looks damaged, missing parts, or isn't working as expected, so we can replace it. Equipment is cleaned and safety-checked before every rental, but you're responsible for using it according to the manufacturer's instructions and age/weight guidelines, and for providing adult supervision at all times, especially with car seats, cribs, and strollers.
Car seats and other child safety equipment: you are responsible for confirming correct installation and fit for your child and vehicle. Our delivery team can share the manufacturer's instructions and general guidance, but installing and checking a car seat before every use is ultimately your responsibility as the parent or guardian. If you're ever unsure, many fire and police stations offer free car-seat safety checks.
Equipment is for your own personal, residential, or vacation use only — not for resale, sub-renting, or commercial use — and should stay with you or your travel party at all times. Please don't modify any item or leave it somewhere it could be damaged by weather, sand, or water beyond normal outdoor use.
6. Returning the Equipment
Please have Equipment ready for collection, reasonably clean (free of food, sand, and other mess) and in the same condition it was delivered in, fair wear and tear excepted. Items returned excessively soiled may incur a cleaning fee of up to $35 per item [ADJUST — confirm this figure]. If collection is delayed at your request or because the Equipment isn't ready when our driver arrives, a late fee of $15 per item, per day (or part of a day) [ADJUST] may apply until it's returned.
7. Loss, theft & damage
You're responsible for the Equipment from delivery until collection. If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear during your rental, you agree to pay its repair cost or, if it can't reasonably be repaired, its full current retail replacement value.
If you purchased Theft & Damage Protection at checkout, this liability is reduced to a maximum of $75 per item [ADJUST — confirm this cap], except where the loss or damage resulted from gross negligence, intentional misuse, or a failure to take reasonable care of the Equipment (for example, leaving it unattended and unsecured in public) — protection doesn't cover those situations, and normal wear and tear is never charged for, with or without protection. We may ask for a police report to process a theft claim.
8. Cancellations & changes
Plans change — here's how we handle it. Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery window for a full refund [ADJUST — confirm this window]. Cancellations inside that window, or a missed delivery appointment, are non-refundable, since we've already held that Equipment for you and turned away other bookings for the same dates. Date changes are free if you let us know at least 24 hours ahead of your original delivery window and the new dates are available; otherwise we'll treat it as a cancellation and new booking. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
9. Liability
We take care to deliver clean, safety-checked Equipment in good working order, but to the fullest extent the law allows, Tiny Travellers isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your rental (for example, a disrupted vacation day), and our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Florida law, including for our own negligence causing personal injury where the law doesn't allow that to be excluded.
By renting from us, you accept the ordinary risks of using baby and child equipment and agree to use it responsibly and under adult supervision as described in Section 5. You agree to cover any claims, losses, or reasonable costs Tiny Travellers faces because of your misuse of the Equipment or your breach of these Terms, except where those resulted from our own negligence or fault.
10. Product safety & recalls
We monitor manufacturer safety recalls for our rental fleet and remove or replace any recalled item promptly. If you ever believe an item you've rented may be subject to a recall, please stop using it and contact us right away — we'll swap it out as quickly as we can. You can also check current recalls yourself at cpsc.gov/Recalls.
11. Events beyond our control
Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control — severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, for example. If that happens, we'll work with you in good faith to reschedule your booking or provide a refund for the affected dates.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version shown here at the time you book applies to that booking. We'll post the current version on this page with its "Last updated" date above.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a booking will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both parties agree to that jurisdiction.
14. Questions about these Terms
